On July 24, 2014, Prof. Wang xifan from xian jiao tong university, academician of Chinese academy of sciences and Prof. Yu xiang from our school of management, academician of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts were invited to attend "the opening ceremony of the Academician Workstation of Guizhou Power Grid and academicians’ lectureroom in Guizhou province" ，jointly inaugurated the Academician Workstation. After the opening ceremony, Academician Wang xifan and Academician Yu xiang gave lectures for the audience at present on "Issues on electric power market and system operation" and "The Challenge of 3D Printing Technology to Patent Enforcement and its Countermeasures " ,respectively.

"The Academician Workstation of Guizhou Power Grid in Guizhou province" was established under the approval of The Guizhou Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Science and Technology Department of Guizhou province and Science and Technology Association of Guizhou province. The team of Academician Wang Xifan was invited to be a professional team of electric power technology in the Academician Workstation . The team of Academician Yu xiang was invited to be a professional team of Intellectual property rights and technology innovation strategy management. This is also an innovative move of the Guizhou provincial government to lead the construction of Academician workstation，which fully embodies the strategic vision that science and technology are primary productive forces, and the intellectual property strategy maintains, guides and promotes the effective implementation and transformation of interest of the primary productive force.
