April 30, 2010, the PhD thesis oral defense held in school of management, three doctors from Chinese-German Institue for Intellectual Property attended. They pass the defense with excellent works, and won praise from all the experts. Their subjects of PhD thesis are Research on Intellectual Property Risk of Undertake R & D Offshore Outsourcing, Study on The Cluster Formation Mechanism Of Creative Industries Based on Industrial Ecology, Research of Intellectual Property Protection Strategy for Folklore.

They conducted in-depth academic research of their respective areas and got a series of scientific attainments. They published high-quality papers on some core journals .
Dr. Chongyuan Wang is lector of School of Arts and Humanities in Shandong Institute of Arts, mainly engaged in teaching and research issues of management and development of creative industries.

Dr. Caihong Sun is vice professor of Law Department in Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, engaged in teaching and research issues of law proceeding.
Dr. Shuijing Hu will work in Shanghai University of Political Science and Law after graduation.
