On April 19, as a promoter of the German Center, the director of International Exchange Center, Prof. Xiang YU was invited to attend the unveiling ceremony of HUST German Center held by Hubei Peoples Government. The International Exchange Center has provided a wide range of assistance during the establishment of German Center.

The German Center of HUST is not only a research institute for Germany, but also a platform for the comprehensive co-operation between Hubei Province and Germany.

Luo Qingming, Vice President of HUST presided over the ceremony, while Li Pinghua, First Vice President of HUST and H.E.Mr.Michael Schaefer, the German Ambassador to China unveiled the plaque of German Center. Hubei television station has reported the ceremony.
