On Nov. 3, 2022, a special training on IPR for SMEs in Wuhan was held online by the China Centre for Promotion of SME Development, Ministry of Industry & Information Technology of PRC.

Prof. Yu Xiang was invited to participate in the event and delivered a keynote speech. The topics of Prof. Yu’s lecture include an overview of the international technological innovation and intellectual property environment, the key contents of the Outline of Building a Strong Intellectual Property State (2021-2035), and how SMEs can adopt IP strategy to enhance their competitiveness, etc.
