Prof. Xiang Yu, the director of the Chinese-German Institute for Intellectual Property, Prof. Weiguo Yang, the instructor of the institute, and several phD and masters welcame the visiting teachers and students from Taiwan National Yunlin University of Science and Technology on July 11th. An symposium between the two sides was also held successfully.
It is reported that the guests from Taiwan was invited to participate in the Cross-strait Chu Cultural Exchange by our university. The Institute of Law for Science and Technology started early on the study of the law of intellectual property among the universities in Taiwan. During the Symposium, the two institutes not only shared the development trends of intellectual property study and practice across the strait, but also expressed the joint vision of promoting cooperation between the two sides which can promote the exchange between the peers in this field across the strait.
The success of this symposium has great significance in the exchange and cooperation beteween the two institutes, and will also make far-reaching influence on the development of intellectual property across the strait.
