In late August 2015, at the invitation of science and Technology Bureau of Luotian County in Huanggang city, the director of our institute Professor Yu Xiang led Feng Rentao, who is a doctor graduated from our Institute and now is the dean assistant of school of Intellectual Property, Fujian University of Technology, doctors and masters reading in our institute and other masters of intellectual property related major from law school to Luotian County Summer Internship training.



The training team was warmly welcomed by the Luotian party. Luotian County deputy secretary Xia Zhidong, Luotian County deputy governor Luo Yuchun, showed welcome to the arrival of the training team, and kindly asked the teams academic development and social practice. Luotian county is located in the Dabie Mountains, rich in tourist resources. In view of the basic situation of tourism development in Luotian County, the training team and the relevant person of Luotian County Tourism Bureau did in-depth study. The people in charge of the companies introduced the general situation of the tourism resources of Luotian County, and put forward tourism development issues such as the trademark of Heaven Village had been rush registered and the application for 5A grade scenic spot of Dabie Mountain scenic spot in Luotian. In view of the above problems, team members started a lively discussion, and put forward the academic suggestion of trademark protection, natural heritage protection, the protection of traditional culture and other aspects, Professor Yu Xiang put forward a summary for opinions and suggestions on the team, and further refined, forming a professional and practical advice.



Our team follows the purpose of truth-seeking and pragmatic, and serving the community, in the process of contact social phenomenon and the reality of the situation and problems of enterprise in-depth, strive to improve our professional knowledge and ability to solve practical problems, and do the knowledge services for enterprises and society, in order to realize self-value. In order to understand and solve business problems better, the team has visited Hubei Jointown Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. , Huanggang Jingui Chinese medicine industry development Co. Ltd., Hongyuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd in Hubei province and Hubei Dabieshan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., visited the production workshop, and discussed with the relevant units responsible person, understand the current situation of enterprise development and encountered bottleneck in the development of intellectual property.



In the process of visiting Huanggang Jingui Chinese medicine industry development company, the team found that the trademark issue has become an urgent problem in the development of the enterprise. In view of the trademark strategic plan, the team members put forward the relevant suggestions, professor Yu Xiang provided a relatively practical solution for the development of enterprise.
In Hubei province Hongyuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., the training team was warmly welcomed by the chairman and general manager Yin Guoping, deputy general manager Liu Zhanliang. In the discussion, Liu first introduced the work of intellectual property of the company, then asked questions aiming at the practical problems in the field of intellectual property the company faced. Dr. Feng Rentao made a detailed answer from the patent application, trademark applications and technical secrets and other professional aspects. For the specific needs of international patent application layout for the enterprise, Professor Yu Xiang was willing to business matchmaking, contributed to cooperation between the enterprise and the good institute of intellectual property services.



In the forum with Qiu Yuejun, chairman of Hubei Dabie Mountain Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., after understanding the situation of the company, Yu Xiang professor advised for the registration and use of trademarks, design patent applications, etc.. The team members put forward a series suggestion on improvement of enterprise and product visibility, and expand the market at home and abroad.
After the end of the training, our institute actively organized a summary of the report, the team members reported the harvest of the trip to Luotian.
