摘要：随着科技、信息全球化的快速发展，自20世纪80年代中期以来，国际理论界对“平行进口”研究和探讨的兴趣日渐浓厚。本文首先介绍专利产品平行进口的三种代表性政策，其后从技术原因、售后服务影响等5个角度分析允许或限制专利产品平行进口的原因，然后分析专利产品平行进口政策对进出口国社会福利的影响,最后围绕我国专利产品平行进口的对策进行了探讨。

　　Influences of parallel imports policy of patented goods on social welfare and Chinas countermeasures

　　Abstract:With the fast development of science and technology and information globalization,people in the world are becoming increasingly interested in parallel imports issues since the middle 1980s.This article firstly introduces three representative policies of parallel imports of patented goods.Then it analyses the reasons behind whether parallel imports of patented goods are allowed or not from the viewpoint of technology,after-sale service,social welfare,market monopoly and industries development.And it analyses the influencesofparallel importspolicyofpatented goodson the socialwelfare. Finally it studiesChina′s countermeasuresof parallel importsofpatented goods.
